How much is On-Demand Mentoring?
We offer live online mentoring or desk-side assistance in your office. Our rate for online mentoring is $45 per hour and a two hour minimum. Desk-side assistance in your office is $65 per hour and a 2 hour minimum.

How do you register for VA training track I?

Do I need to purchase additional software for your online training?
No additional software needs to be purchased to attend our webinars.

What is included with each webinar?
Each webinar includes a manual for each software application and Quick Reference Cards can be purchased for an additional $2.50 each.

Do I need to purchase additional courseware?
No

Do I need to purchase additional software applications to attend your webinars?
Software applications are not required for our webinars.

Can I retake a webinar?
Yes, if you feel that you didn't receive what you expected please contact our training department
trainingdept@ajiatrain.com.

Can I arrange private online training to fit my schedule?
Yes, contact our training department and they can arrange a private session that is comfortable with your schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?
Training must be cancelled within 24 hours prior to class for a full refund. If class is cancelled within 24 hours of training a $10.00 administration fee will be charged.

What if I pay for training and I'm unable to attend or class is full?
If you are unable to attend a class that has been paid for you can reschedule. In the event training becomes full you will be put on a waiting list or issued a full refund.
